What You Will Do:

Responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain execution and integration for strategic Omnichannel & Online (O+O) initiatives. This role will define, plan, and manage complex digital integration projects across multiple high-profile brands and new business models, including the Color WOW D2C integration, FBT Pilot, company e-store D2C integrations, and new brand onboarding for Jacquemus & Kering beauty. The Project Manager will serve as the primary supply chain link between commercial, IT, and external brand partners to ensure seamless go-lives, optimized inventory flows, and scalable fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Execution: Lead cross-functional project plans to integrate new D2C platforms (Color WOW, e-store, Jacquemus, Kering) and pilot fulfillment models (FBT Pilot) into L'Oreal's existing supply chain and ERP architecture.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish standardized onboarding playbooks and fulfillment processes to ensure fast, reliable order-to-cash operations across new digital channels.
  • Integration Management: Coordinate EDI, API, and warehouse management system (WMS) integrations with digital platforms, 3PL partners, and brand teams.
  • Governance & Control: Implement milestone tracking, rigorous testing schedules, and risk-management protocols to ensure on-time and compliant launches.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Commercial, IT, Finance, Customer Care, and external brand partners to align on timelines, inventory strategies, and operational requirements.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop performance dashboards and report on key KPIs, including On-Time In-Full (OTIF), order processing speed, inventory accuracy, and post-launch customer satisfaction.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical and operational bottlenecks in multi-brand integrations; establish contingency plans to maintain service levels during peak launch windows.
  • Partnership: Act as the primary supply chain point of contact for IT and digital business units to design, track, and execute program deliverables.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7+ years of project management experience, specifically within eCommerce or Retail environments (experience with Customer portals is a significant plus).
  • AI/Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in implementing software solutions, specifically Agentic AI or advanced automation. Familiarity with Agile Methodology and Scrum is required.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong problem-solving skills to devise solutions for complex deduction types and data validation hurdles.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to manage project deadlines while meeting strict budget and ROI targets (Projected ROI <1 year).
  • Communication: Excellent skills to present complex AI solutions to both technical developers and non-technical executive staff across multiple geographies.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to mentor project team members and build consensus across a global organization.
