The School of Civil and Environmental Engineering (www.cee.gatech.edu) at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, invites applications for an event coordinator. The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing a diverse portfolio of academic, alumni, corporate, and special events that advance the mission and strategic goals of the department. This position manages all phases of event operations, including budgeting, logistics, vendor relations, sponsorship coordination, registration management, stakeholder communications, and on-site event execution. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service, project management capabilities, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
