Vehicle Order Edit Analyst

The Vehicle Order Edit Analyst will identify, analyze, and communicate vehicle order processing failures. Coordinate the timing of system configuration changes and cross-reference updates based on customer requirements and assembly plant needs.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Partner with technical and engineering teams to implement vehicle configuration changes and system cross-reference updates
  • Review and interpret vehicle order processing reports to identify errors, trends, and required corrective actions
  • Support assembly plants by investigating and resolving vehicle orders that fail during system processing
  • Assist the Order Collection team with resolving vehicle orders that are unable to advance to the next stage of the ordering process
  • Support pre-production and pilot vehicle ordering by releasing orders and assisting with the resolution of order validation failures
  • Extract, review, and release vehicle weight, suspension, and spring configuration data


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • 2+ years experience in the automotive, OEM or similar industry
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain Management, Engineering Releasing and BOM, Material Logistics, or similar discipline
  • Prior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask within tight deadlines


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with Stellantis (former FCA) systems, including STV, CINON, WebCN, Vehicle Order Edit
