Department of Surgery-Plastic Job Description
This is a dual posting with job ID 60606. The final title will depend on the qualifications of the final candidate. The Department of Surgery at the University of Missouri School of Medicine is seeking a Physician Assistant to join the Division of Plastic Surgery. This advanced practice provider will serve as a physician extender, working collaboratively with Plastic Surgery faculty, residents, and staff to provide comprehensive patient care across outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and surgical settings. The focus of this role is participation in ambulatory clinic, first assist in the operating room, ED consults, in-patient procedures and in-patient rounds, with an expected commitment of six or more half-day clinics per week. The successful candidate must be adaptable to the evolving needs of the practice and comfortable transitioning between clinical responsibilities as patient care demands require. Key Responsibilities

Monday - Friday Minimum Qualifications
Physicians Assistant (PA) licensure by the Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts. Preferred Qualifications
Education: Graduation from an American Medical Association (AMA) accredited Physician Assistant program. Possession of a current Missouri license to practice as a licensed Physician Assistant is required. May possess a specialty certificate by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $108,971.20 - $177,590 annually Application Materials
