ABOUT THE POSITION
Title of Position: Enterprise Testing Analyst

Position Overview: As an Enterprise Testing Analyst, you will help ensure Visions systems, software, processes, and procedures work accurately and support a consistent experience for members and employees. You will partner with business units and project stakeholders to understand testing needs, interpret applicable compliance and regulatory requirements, define scope and action steps, and document results. You will also research testing best practices, recommend improvements, and support the successful delivery of initiatives into production while keeping projects, service-level commitments, and business continuity in focus.

Position Type: Full Time

Compensation Range: $28.00/hr. - $ 30.00/hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*

Location: Hybrid in the following locations: Endwell, NY | Saddle Brook, NJ | Muhlenberg, PA, | Reading, PA

What You'll Do:


  • Validate business testing needs across Visions systems and platforms, then define the scope, requirements, and action steps needed to support enterprise and project objectives
  • Conduct testing activities for enterprise systems, software, processes, and procedures to ensure accuracy, quality, and a consistent member and employee experience
  • Create, execute, and maintain clear testing workflows, documentation, implementation plans, and supporting procedures
  • Partner with business units and project stakeholders to define testing requirements, evaluate impacts, and support successful testing and production readiness
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, testing documentation and related workflows that support business continuity and operational success
  • Analyze systems and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend practical solutions that enhance testing quality, efficiency, and user experience
  • Manage multiple testing assignments, communicate findings and recommendations, and ensure deliverables are completed within established timelines and service level expectations
  • Review end-user requests, communicate findings, and provide timely, actionable feedback
  • Support the successful delivery of initiatives into production and provide departmental back-up coverage as needed
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors through clear, professional communication
  • Respond effectively to changing priorities, responsibilities, strategies, and business needs

What Success Looks like:



  • Testing is thorough, well documented, and completed within agreed-upon timelines and service levels
  • System and process issues are identified early, clearly communicated, and supported by practical recommendations
  • Business requirements are translated into organized testing plans that account for member, employee, compliance, training, and operational impacts
  • Project stakeholders have clear documentation, implementation guidance, and timely updates to support informed decisions


Minimum Qualifications & Experience:



  • Associate degree in finance, technology, or a related field and 1-3 years of testing or analyst experience. Three to five years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree
  • ISTQB Foundation Level Certification, or the ability to obtain it within one year of hire
  • Familiarity with consumer regulatory compliance and experience troubleshooting and analyzing problems to identify solutions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs and standard office technology
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills across analytical, business, and technical audiences
  • Strong interpersonal, service, time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to analyze systems, processes, models, and workflows and recommend improvements or efficiencies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage confidential information, and give and receive constructive feedback
  • Flexibility to respond effectively to competing demands, frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to supporting a welcoming, inclusive environment and to following all credit union policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal requirements

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:



  • One year of financial industry experience
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
