The Buyer - Maintenance, Repairs & Operations (MRO) plays a key role in executing Amy's indirect procurement strategy through a balance of tactical execution and strategic sourcing responsibilities. This role manages assigned categories of operations & maintenance spend, manages supplier relationships and partners cross-functionally to ensure supply assurance, cost control, and alignment with Amy's strategic goals. This role also directly supports the plant maintenance team by purchasing necessary parts and services, overseeing the parts storeroom, responsibility for inventory accuracy and managing spend to budget through competitive bids and weekly spend reviews.
