We're looking for a Regional Account Manager to drive sales and profitability across the region, increase share of wallet with key accounts, and develop new corporate business opportunities. In this role, you'll combine relationship management, business development, and data-driven strategy to grow strategic accounts, strengthen customer partnerships, and maximize profitability. Key Responsibilities: Grow sales, gross profit, and share of wallet within existing strategic accounts. Identify, develop, and convert new corporate and strategic business opportunities. Build and maintain a strong CRM pipeline focused on growth and sales velocity. Develop strategic account plans, establish KPIs, and conduct regular business reviews. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers. Identify market, pricing, and product opportunities to drive profitable growth. Partner cross-functionally with Pricing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Credit, and Customer Service teams. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer needs in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: 5+ years of commercial and/or industrial lubricant sales experience. Proven success in sales growth, strategic account management, and business development. Strong understanding of lubricant products, customers, vendors, and market dynamics. Analytical, organized, and results-oriented with strong business judgment. Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Experience managing a CRM pipeline and interpreting sales and account performance data. Valid, unrestricted driver's license and willingness to travel as needed. Why RelaDyne?
