Please note that this position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid. Goldbelt Glacier is a trusted industry partner to the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA). Goldbelt Glacier supports programs administered through the BIA including social services, natural resources management, economic development, law enforcement and detention services, administration of tribal courts, implementation of land and water claim settlements, housing improvement, disaster relief, replacement and repair of schools, repair and maintenance of roads and bridges, and the repair of structural deficiencies on high hazard dams. Summary: Goldbelt Glacier is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the Indian Affairs Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). The Senior Program Manager will provide program management, analysis, process improvement, reporting, and implementation support across OCFO divisions. The position will work with OCFO leadership and staff to coordinate priorities and activities, identify and resolve operational issues, analyze data and performance, improve and standardize workflows, and support modernization and AI-readiness efforts. Preference will be given to Alaska Native and/or American Indian applicants. Location: Remote/Contractor Site, with potential travel to on-site locations as needed.
