Qualifications EDUCATION Bachelors degree in social work, public health, or related field required. Masters degree highly valued. EXPERIENCE - Minimum of 5 years' programmatic or administrative experience in grant-funded or nonprofit programs or services. - Experience in healthcare and with maternal and infant or nurse home visiting services is highly valued. LICENSURE None required SPECIAL SKILLS - Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Proficient with managing electronic client records and in database management including data entry and reporting. Experience with EPIC and Salesforce is highly valued. - Demonstrated success in program or project management. - Demonstrated success in working with diverse cultures and ethnicities. - Demonstration of success in taking initiative and working independently and effectively with minimal supervision. Highly organized, able to prioritize among multiple, competing tasks, and complete tasks on time. - Demonstration of excellent interpersonal skills. Able to establish and maintain positive relationships with co-workers and internal and external stakeholders. Able to work well in a close-knit, energetic team environment. - Demonstration of excellent leadership and team-building skills. - Demonstration of self-reflection, creativity, and flexibility. Able to learn and adapt quickly. - Demonstration of excellent oral and written communication. - Demonstration of exceptional attention to detail. - Demonstrated ability to think at macro and micro levels is highly valued. - Ability to speak a second language (Spanish) is highly valued.
