The Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute (SSIHI), part of UCI Health and the Susan & Henry College of Health Sciences, works to transform healthcare through the practice of integrative health by conducting rigorous research, promoting evidence-based treatment modalities, educating the public on well-being practices, providing individualized, patient-centered clinical care, and providing services to the community that focus on obtaining optimal health. Your Role on the Team The Integrative and Functional Medicine Fellowship (IFMF) is a nationally visible, multi-cohort academic program requiring specialized program management, independent coordination, and ongoing program development. The Program Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management and operational oversight of the IFMF, including coordinating program activities, supporting curriculum and educational initiatives, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring effective implementation of program goals and requirements. The incumbent works independently with a high degree of judgment and accountability to manage the day-to-day and long-term operational needs of a complex and growing academic program, identify opportunities for program enhancement, manage student enrollment, and ensure alignment with institutional priorities, academic standards, and applicable program requirements.
