Join a leading organization at the forefront of its industry, where innovation and strategic collaboration drive success. We are partnering with Aquent to find exceptional talent for this dynamic environment, shaping the people strategies that empower teams and foster a thriving workplace.

Are you ready to make a profound impact by aligning people strategies with core business objectives? We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable professional to provide essential human resources consultation and support. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment, acting as a trusted advisor to management, and directly influencing organizational effectiveness and employee success. Your insights and guidance will be crucial in the growth and development of our teams, contributing significantly to our overall success.

What You'll Do

  • Provide human resources consultation and tactical support to line managers and senior leaders across various functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, and training.
  • Handle complex performance management and employee relations cases, requiring discretion, high judgment, and deep problem-solving skills.
  • Structure, organize, and facilitate seasonal talent reviews, including working closely with executive assistants to schedule leadership sessions.
  • Ensure seamless knowledge transfer and operational continuity through meticulous documentation of ongoing HR activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with peer HR professionals to support various organizational functions.

What You'll Bring

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant area of specialty.
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience working as an HR Business Partner.
  • Prior experience specifically supporting software development engineers and a strong understanding of how technology organizations operate.
  • The ability to operate as a tactical "do-er," comfortable relying on experience and judgment to dive into day-to-day administrative tasks rather than focusing strictly on high-level strategy.
  • High technical proficiency with HRIS systems, communication platforms, and productivity suites for daily operations and people data management.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, alongside a high degree of ownership and adaptability.
