Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director of Addiction Treatment, you will assist in directing and coordinating the counseling and educational activities of the Addiction Treatment Program. The incumbent will coordinate groups, and individual therapy for the adolescent program as well as collaboration of care with parents, schools and the county crisis center. The primary focus of this role is on the adolescent outpatient program.

Educational Requirements:

• Master's Degree in a relevant field
• LCPC or LCSW-C required

Experience:

• Experience in substance abuse treatment and group faciliation is preferred as is experience workuing with an adolescent population.

Key Skills and Abilities:

• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
• Strong documentation and group facilitation preferred; ideally working with an adolescent population
• Proficient in a variety of computer applications

Working Conditions:

Salary Range: Minimum 35.00/hour - Maximum 57.71/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
