This is a first shift position with standard, regular hours and no weekend schedules. About This Position *$100 weekly production/attendance bonus - can be making up to $21.50/hour* Developing teams and building careers arentral to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting from day one. We expect our team to execute a number of processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. In addition, you can specialize in a specific area. The facility is a fully operational warehouse servicing multiple business lines, with opportunities to: Release and manage customer order batches through the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Coordinate with Supervisors, Leads, and Shipping personnel to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Monitor inventory levels and product availability to support daily wave planning and order fulfillment. Review and adjust order batches based on inventory constraints and operational priorities. Communicate with stockers regarding products that require replenishment to support order completion. Assist with order substitutions when inventory shortages occur. Identify and resolve order processing issues to minimize delays and improve workflow efficiency. Maintain accurate data entry and system records. Communicate effectively across departments to support daily operational goals. Follow all company safety, security, and operational procedures. What You'll Need High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to work: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm (overtime as needed) Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment. Ability to lift up to 70lbs. Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory-related environment preferred. Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and order processing functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during a 10-hour shift. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
