This organization plays a crucial role in maintaining vital health records and supporting essential medical services, impacting countless lives through its commitment to excellence. Are you ready to make a tangible impact in the healthcare sector? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for a temporary, dual-function role that combines meticulous data management with essential technical support. Working Tuesday - Friday from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM, you will be instrumental in safeguarding critical medical records and supporting the technical infrastructure that underpins life-saving operations. Your precision and technical acumen will directly contribute to the seamless functioning of vital healthcare processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability where it matters most.

About the Role

This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the core operations of a critical healthcare environment. You will be at the forefront of data integrity and technical support, directly influencing the efficiency and accuracy of essential medical services. Your work will ensure that vital information is managed flawlessly and that the technical systems supporting patient care run smoothly, making a real difference in people's lives every day.

Key Responsibilities



  • Process historical records and accurately input medical records into specialized computer systems.
  • Flag, correct, and electronically release units under clinical supervision, ensuring data precision.
  • Scan confidential medical history documents and patient charts into a document imaging system.
  • Audit digital imaging logs for accuracy and organize physical files for off-site storage using detailed tracking.
  • Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and tablet hardware/software issues to maintain operational continuity.
  • Assist with local computer/printer networking and set up cellular routers and VPN access.
  • Configure and manage specialized data collection devices across mobile units and centers, executing setup tasks for data extraction and system configuration.
  • Perform self and team audits against end-of-shift reports to maintain the integrity of critical databases.
  • Handle general office administration and records management tasks.


Required Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Proven data entry experience demonstrating high speed, high accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
  • Hands-on technical proficiency with Windows 11 OS, Remote Desktop Access, computer and printer networking, cellular routers, and VPN configuration.
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills across desktops, laptops, and tablets.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment.
  • Must be able to work on a W-2 basis (C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position).


Preferred Qualifications



  • Prior experience in a healthcare or bio-tech environment using specialized computer systems or document imaging systems.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and regulatory compliance standards (FDA, HIPAA).
