Licensed Practical Nurse - OBGYNMount Kisco, New York Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for External Candidates About the RoleJoin a busy OBGYN practice where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting providers across the continuum of care. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with patients, physicians, and the broader healthcare team while contributing to an exceptional patient experience in a collaborative clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct and telephone-based nursing care to patients and their families following established clinical standards. Coordinate with care team members to ensure seamless, patient-centered care delivery. Support patient participation in care planning and treatment decisions. Assist physicians and other providers with clinical procedures. Provide patient education and reinforce treatment plans and instructions. Offer guidance and direction to clerical assistants, medical assistants, and other non-licensed personnel. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing. Current New York State (NYS) Licensed Practical Nurse license with active NYS registration in good standing. Preferred Qualifications Current CPR/BLS certification. 1+ years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, or 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a relevant practice area. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $20.00 - $35.72 per hour Comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, employee stock purchase opportunities, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility requirements.
