Join the USC Marshall School of Business as a Lead Student Engagement Programs Advisor and help bring the Marshall student experience to life. As part of the Undergraduate Student Affairs team, you'll develop programs, experiences, and communications that build community, celebrate our students, and strengthen their connection to Marshall throughout their undergraduate journey. You'll take a leading role in the Marshall Experience Program, developing programs and signature experiences that bring students together and strengthen school pride and community. You'll also serve as the primary content strategist and manager for Marshall Undergraduate Programs' social media presence, sharing the stories, accomplishments, opportunities, and moments that make up the Marshall undergraduate experience. Along the way, you'll collaborate with students and colleagues across Marshall and USC, support broader student engagement initiatives, and have the opportunity to bring new ideas to life. Salary and Benefits: The annual base salary range for this position is $77,436.75 - $103,598.51. When extending an offer of employment, USC considers various factors, including the scope of responsibilities, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, and external market considerations.
