Description UNC Surgical Specialists, part of UNC Health Caldwell, is seeking a Urology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join their team in Lenoir, NC. Work alongside an experienced, board-certified urologist, providing comprehensive care for patients in western NC. Position Features:
- Clinic is open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.This position requires 32 patient- facing hours per week and providers generally work 4 days
- This is a clinic-based position with no call * EPIC@UNC common EHR across the System

Education Requirements:
* Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
* Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) in the state of North Carolina.
* Board certification if required by the Department. DEA.
Professional Experience Requirements:
* No prior experience required.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
* Demonstrated clinical competency.
* Effective leadership skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills.

* Documentation in the medical record to substantiate accurate billing.
