Conduct dynamic training for theDGP Engineering andLSE community through a blend of classroom lectures, online formats, and hands-on lab sessions.Deliver impactful instruction to new hires to give them baseline trainingfor preparedness to work in a lab environment.Work closely with the Technical Program Managers (TPMs) to learn training content, update training material, anddocument/track new hire performance.

Provide a combination of classroom, in-person,in-lab, and online training to new hires
Manage up to3cohorts of new hires at one time
Conduct in-lab practical's and weekly assessments
Coordinate with technical training teamin building J for scheduling of new hire training
Providetailored1:1training as needed and dependent on new hire area of focus
Track performancein the training dashboard
Report any issues or updates with the TPM team
Learn lab tools in-depth for more advanced training

Motivated and enthusiastic about learning and teaching others technical skills
Self-starter and able to manage schedule on their own
Ability to work independently but also as part of a cross-functional team
Flexible and able to adjust schedules based ontrainee'sneeds
Ability to communicate progress to management

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
