Inova Physical Therapy Center is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This role will be a Full Time, Day Shift, Monday-Friday with 2 evening shifts until 7pm. This position will support our Centreville and Fair Oaks locations.

Physical Therapist (PT) Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols.
  • Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines while adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
  • Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Gives appropriate instruction and supervision to assistive personnel consistent with program/clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Licensure: Physical Therapist upon start (VA licensure or compact privileges are acceptable)
  • Certification: BLS through the American Heart Association upon start

Preferred Qualification:

  • Physical Therapist (PT) experience
