Position Summary Provides high level analytical services and administrative management to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Personnel, the Director of Academic Affairs and Personnel, and the Manager of Training and Resources. The incumbent independently analyzes works with campus stakeholders to ensure compliance with academic personnel processes and procedures as they pertain to academic recruitment, academic personnel systems, and academic policy. The incumbent serves as one of the central points of contact on campus for policy and process questions and directly provides analysis and solutions to campus stakeholders. Serves as a subject matter expert for the Academic Affairs and Personnel Office with expertise in high-stakes personnel actions. Salary & Compensation *UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
