Description Help build the future of payments at CU*Answers! CU*Answers is expanding its payments strategy with CU*PAY, our new payment processing solution designed to give credit unions another way to manage and deliver card and payment services to their members. We're looking for a Cards & Payments Project Support Specialist who will play an important role in supporting the launch, implementation, and ongoing growth of CU*PAY. In this role, you'll work directly with credit unions, internal teams, and payment partners to coordinate implementations, support conversions, provide training, troubleshoot issues, and help clients successfully navigate the CUPAY platform. Because CUPAY is a growing business opportunity, you'll also have the chance to help shape processes, documentation, and the overall client experience as the solution evolves.
