What to Expect We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented Lead Equipment Tech to support our data collection hardware team. The ideal candidate is an experienced assembler and troubleshooter who is ready to take a facilitative step forward - supporting teammates, coordinating daily work, and acting as the first point of contact on shift. This is not a purely supervisory role; you will remain hands-on while helping the team stay organized, unblocked, and operating at ahigh qualitystandard.
