You will be instrumental in identifying, structuring, and scaling high-impact collaborations, translating ambitious visions into measurable success, and fostering a dynamic environment for creators worldwide. Your work will directly influence the trajectory of this impactful platform, leaving a lasting mark on the creative landscape.

What You Will Do

  • Build the Partnership Strategy: Define and lead a comprehensive business development roadmap aligned with the company's mission and long-term growth priorities.
  • Expand the Creator Ecosystem: Forge partnerships with platforms, brands, institutions, and communities that empower creators and enhance project success.
  • Develop Revenue Channels: Create and scale partnerships that generate incremental revenue through integrations, co-branded initiatives, and platform revenue lift.
  • Go-to-Market Collaboration: Partner closely with product, marketing, and creator success teams to launch and scale partnership-driven initiatives.
  • Measure Success: Establish KPIs and track performance across partnerships, including creator acquisition, engagement, project success rates, and revenue contribution.
  • Represent Externally: Act as a public-facing leader at industry events, cultural moments, and partner engagements-championing the company's role in the creative economy.
  • Nurture Key Relationships: Build long-term, high-trust relationships with strategic partners and ensure mutual value creation over time.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth roles-preferably within marketplaces or creator platforms.
  • Proven track record of structuring and scaling partnerships that drive meaningful business impact (growth, revenue, or ecosystem expansion).
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy, alternative funding models, and digital platforms.
  • Exceptional deal-making and negotiation skills, with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder agreements.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with a history of aligning internal teams around partnership opportunities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, both internally and externally.
  • Highly ambitious and possesses a "get it done" attitude.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • A strategic, dynamic, and "scrappy" self-starter who can operate effectively with limited resources and build infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in business development and strategic partnerships, with exposure to M&A, distribution, and licensing deals.
  • Ability to work autonomously, bringing ideas and solutions.
