About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated developer to join a team focused on building and maintaining applications that drive the evolution of advanced vehicle systems. In this pivotal role, you will contribute across the full stack, from refining user experiences to enabling seamless system integrations. Your work will directly influence operational decision-making and support the continuous improvement of groundbreaking technology. What You'll Do



  • Make incremental UX/UI improvements across internal applications to enhance user experience.
  • Support backend development, including system integrations and database connectivity.
  • Implement and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via centralized identity management solutions.
  • Write and optimize queries to expose data from one system into others, facilitating data flow and insights.
  • Deploy and configure off-the-shelf applications within a corporate IT environment.
  • Debug and test applications locally using real-world scenarios to ensure robustness.
  • Perform thorough integration testing to ensure reliable production releases.
  • Proactively document requirements gaps and edge cases to support smooth execution and future development.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and IT teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Develop comprehensive implementation plans and participate actively in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.

Our team utilizes a modern and diverse technology stack, including:



  • Frontend: React
  • Backend: Go, Node.js, Python, GraphQL
  • Database: SQL-based systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • Authentication & Integration: Single Sign-On (SSO), centralized MFA, enterprise identity protocols


What We're Looking For



  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in software development.
  • 5-7 years of experience with React for frontend development.
  • 5-7 years of experience with GraphQL for backend development.
  • 2-3 years of experience with SQL-based data warehousing or large-scale data querying systems.
  • Proficiency in navigating large codebases using version control systems (e.g., branches, pull requests, code reviews) and code search/analysis tools.
  • Hands-on experience developing applications and user interfaces through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
  • Experience deploying applications in a corporate environment.
  • Understanding of centralized authentication and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) systems.
  • Comfort with local development workflows and debugging techniques.
  • Experience performing integration testing ahead of deployment.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent written communication abilities.
  • A proactive mindset for documenting open questions and clarifying requirements.
  • Experience with backend technologies such as Go, Node.js, and Python is highly valued.


Nice-to-Have Skills



  • Familiarity with REST APIs.
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise identity protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth2).
