As the Assistant Director of Patient Services, you will:

• Plan, administer and direct all patient meal services operations while prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Develop and manage an electronic menu system
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified food service experience for patients, residents, visitors and employees
• Enforce quality control standards and conducts quality assurance monitoring for patient food items including temperature, food handling, quality, taste and presentation
• Responsible for all staffing operations including developing schedules and assignments, monitoring employee performance, staff training, and performance improvement plances
• Directly responsible for supervising patient services managers
• Responsible for adhering to sanitation requirements

What you'll bring:

• Bachelors Degree in related field
• 5+ years previous management experience in large-scale/ high-volume food service operation
• Serv-Safe Certification preferred
• Working knowledge of 3rd party patient satisfaction companies

Salary Range: Minimum 38.44/hour - Maximum 67.27/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
