| Position Summary |
This position is responsible for supporting the use of computing devices across all of the various units within the Office of Research. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to: desktop support (Windows/Mac), device imaging, printer management, device inventory, device management via Intune/Addigy, device troubleshooting, user management (AD and Entra), network/IP management, and conference room support.
This position requires completion of specified certifications within the first two years of hire for employees who do not already possess them, with department support available. |
