Pay Details: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities & Expectations:

Are you a skilled machinist who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and heavy iron? We aren't looking for assembly-line

button pushers. We are looking for high-level Repair / Job Shop Machinists to join our fast-paced Cleveland industrial

apparatus repair facility.

In this role, you will be the ultimate line of defense for heavy rotating equipment. You will handle custom, one-of-a-kind

machining setups to repair massive motor shafts, rotors, armatures, and industrial components. If you take pride in precision, mechanical diagnosis, and true craftsmanship, this floor is for you.

*What You'll Do

* Custom Machine Setups: Set up and operate heavy manual lathes, vertical boring mills, and knee mills to hold tight

tolerances on large-scale industrial components.

* Failure Diagnosis & Blueprint Reading: Review complex blueprints and evaluate worn or damaged parts to determine

the exact machining required to restore them to OEM specifications.

* Heavy Precision Work: Execute precision turning, boring, and milling on irreplaceable industrial parts weighing thousands

of pounds.

* Rigging & Safety: Utilize overhead cranes, hoists, and heavy rigging equipment safely and efficiently to position massive

parts.

What We Are Looking For

* Strong background in manual machining within a job shop, heavy industrial, or equipment repair environment.

* Deep understanding of shop math, precision measuring tools (micrometers, dial indicators), and blueprint reading.

* Ability to work independently, think on your feet, and execute complex, low-tolerance manual setups safely.

* Strong mechanical aptitude and a dedication to floor safety and teamwork.
