First American is looking to add an ALTA Land Surveying Project Coordinator to our growing Commercial Survey Services team. In this role, you'll support the administration and coordination of commercial surveying projects by managing project documentation, processing title-related materials, maintaining project records and databases, tracking project activity, and ensuring critical information is organized and delivered accurately throughout the project lifecycle.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate the processing of title commitments and other title-related documents to support commercial surveying projects.
  • Prepare forms and maintain project logs, databases, and documentation to support project tracking, information management, and billing activities.
  • Monitor project progress, follow up on outstanding items, resolve routine issues, and communicate project status updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate oversized printing, packaging, and shipping of survey documents and other project materials.
  • Confirm property site access with clients and communicate approvals to survey vendors to support timely project execution.
  • Manage final ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey documents by organizing, uploading, and maintaining project records and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain secure shared folders and data rooms using ShareFile to facilitate document sharing and collaboration.
  • Support departmental goals by following established processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A customer-focused approach with a positive attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to work under general supervision while exercising sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Experience reviewing title documents and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys is preferred.
Pay Range: $14.46 - $19.28 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
