Job Summary: The Senior Functional Analyst serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, Human Resources, project management teams, and system users to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and optimization of HR technology solutions. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder engagement, supporting system pilots and testing activities, developing policies and documentation, and ensuring successful adoption of HR systems and related business processes.
