Solar Laborer Lead- Banner

SUMMARY

Mortenson is currently seeking a Solar Laborer Lead that will be responsible for the preparation, handling, and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures

• 1. Supervise and coordinate activities of laborers and their assigned roles

• 1. Interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders

• 1. Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations

• 1. Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedule, using knowledge capacities of equipment and assigned personnel

• 1. Study/analyze in schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for completion of job

• 1. Analyze and resolve work problems

• 1. Maintain time records

• Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
• All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1. Minimum three years of related solar experience

• 1. Leadership or Foreman experience

• Strong teamwork orientation; positive attitude and professional customer service skills; detail orientation; active listening skills and effective communication, including an openness to diverse input and feedback
• Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements
• *Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs.
