About this job

As anAccount Managerwithin our Agency team, you will support the growth of existing client partnerships and agency revenue by evangelizingMRISimmonssolutions and deliveringwhitegloveclient service. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients-leveragingstrongrelationshipbuilding, consultative selling, and analytical skills to help clients solve business challenges using ourindustryleadingdata and activation products.

Starting with an established book of business, you will develop deep client relationships,identifyexpansion opportunities, and drive incremental revenue through upselling andcrosssellingMRISimmonssolutions. This role will carry a quota.

We'relooking for a motivated, proactive, andsolutionsorientedindividual who thrives in a collaborative,teambasedenvironment and is eager to grow existing client business while elevatingMRISimmons' profile as a strategic partner.

Responsibilities

As anAccount Manager, you willbe responsible forthe following:

  • Develop deepexpertiseacross the full suite ofMRISimmonsproductsin order todeliverbestinclassclient support

  • Build andmaintainpositive, trusting, and collaborative relationships with assigned clients

  • Serve as thedaytodayclient contact, coordinating ongoing support and account needs

  • Lead and coordinate account reviews, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and expansion ofMRISimmonssolutions and building/expanding relationships with key agency departments: Strategy, Research, Media, Planning, Investment

  • Coordinate and deliver client training onMRISimmonssoftware, data, and activation products

  • Communicate effectively with clients in both written and verbal formats, delivering a consistentlyhigh levelof service

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership and internal teams toidentifyandexecute revenue-generating opportunities

  • Stay current on client initiatives to ensure successful delivery,followup, and development of case studies

  • LeverageMRISimmonsdata to align with client strategies,identifynew business opportunities,participatein client meetings, and deliver actionable insights

  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, customers, andobjectives-and howMRISimmonssolutions can support them

  • Create insightful presentations that educate clients onMRISimmonscapabilities, data assets, and resources

  • Prepare integrated,researchbasedpresentations and proposals that positionMRISimmonsas a strategic consultant and partner

  • Partner with Sales Account Directors toidentifystrategic opportunities using a combination of industry insights andMRISimmonsdata

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of sales/account management experience within market research, advanced advertising, media, or a related industry (syndicated and/or custom research experience preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to build relationships and apply consultative selling techniques

  • Ability to present, synthesize, and tell a compelling story with data

  • Working knowledge of syndicated consumer data and the programmatic space (preferred)

  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • Solid business acumen,problemsolvingability, and analytical mindset

  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field

Additional Information

This role has amarket-competitivesalary withan anticipatedbase compensation of the following range:$62,500.00 - $83,888.14. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
