We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production and facility equipment. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work, solving complex equipment issues, and contributing to the success of a high-performing manufacturing team. Schedule: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off Hours: 7:45 PM - 6:15 AM What You Will Experience in This Position As a Maintenance Technician, you will: Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and accurately document completed work. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment and machinery. Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime and production disruptions. Move, install, anchor, and align production equipment as needed. Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance. Assist in the fabrication and construction of equipment components and support structures. Maintain spare parts inventory required for repairs and preventive maintenance activities. Coordinate material requirements for maintenance projects. Partner with production leaders, supervisors, and value stream managers to address operational and equipment concerns. Follow all safety procedures and proactively identify and report unsafe conditions. Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects across the facility. What You Bring Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum of one year of mechanical maintenance experience. Experience using computers and common software applications. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment. Experience working with production equipment and machinery. Technical Skills Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Welding experience, including stick and wire-feed welding. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using hand tools, torches, drill presses, cut-off saws, iron workers, and similar equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to obtain forklift and company vehicle licenses. WE HAVE:
