We are hiring a Territory Manager in Charlotte, NC!!! The Territory Manager is responsible for identifying and closing new business as well as maintaining and expanding current business within Acute Care facilities. The TM will work with the support of a Clinical Account Manager to purposely serve customer needs. Essential Responsibilities:
- * Actively pursue new business opportunities via the setting of personal appointments and meeting with key decision makers including purchasing departments, clinicians and others that can have an impact on the sales process.
- * Service existing accounts through a combination of personal visits, phone calls and e-mails to insure stability of the business and to expand usage and introduce additional products.
- * Develops regional IDN opportunities with collaboration with Regional Sales Manager and Health Systems Directors to drive results within territory.
- * Manage territory pipeline using CRM (SalesForce) consistently to ensure a healthy sales pipeline centered around key sales priorities.
- * In-Service and train clinical staff on how to properly use TIDI's products per the instructions for use and Regulatory approved claims.
- * Partner with Clinical Resource Team for effective training with customers
- * Manage customer expectations through a 3-6 month sales cycle.
- * Create and manage new and existing customer contracts for capital equipment and disposable products.
- * Attend and participate in national and regional meetings and training events
- * Obtain or maintain vendor credentialing memberships to adhere to customer vendor requirements.
- * Adhere to all medical device Regulatory responsibilities including FDA, HIPAA and Sunshine Act.
- * Utilize and maintain the company's sales metric programs, territory plans, account profiles
- * Achieve or exceed Sales Budget for Territory (Quota)
- * Follow the company's expense policy and submit in timely manner per company requirements
- * All other activities as requested by management such as timely response to internal requests from TIDI co-workers, conference calls with management, sales meetings.

Qualifications:
- * Bachelor's degree in Business or related field OR Associates degree in clinical field with clinical experience. Extensive Sales experience acceptable in-lieu of degree.7+ years of experience in content strategy or marketing communications.
- * 3 - 5 years hospital sales or clinical experience
- * 3 - 5 years' experience selling into hospital accounts or clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- * Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress.
- * Experience identifying areas of clinical inefficiencies and providing a solution that encompasses our products.
- * Experience conducting and managing effective product in-servicing for trials and implementations.
- * Must have effective leadership, planning and decision-making skills.
- * Experience using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.com.
- * Proficient with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Power Point. One Note
- * Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts.
- * Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- * Capable of navigating and adapting to a changing environment and evolving market.
- * Experience selling solutions in a consultative position.
- * Ability to work both independently and with others.
- * Ability to achieve credentialing through Vendormate and other credentialing agencies require in Territory.

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $125,000 - $130,000, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances.
