General Purpose of Position:

The Project Manager oversees digital display removal and installation projects on OUTFRONT Media structures across the United States. This role coordinates project scope, schedules, resources, crews, contractors, and field execution to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with OUTFRONT's operational, structural, and quality standards.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Lead and oversee digital display removal and installation projects from initiation through completion.
  • Supervise project teams, OUTFRONT crews, outside contractors, manpower, equipment, materials, and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project goals, work plans, timelines, estimates, and implementation strategies for all phases of assigned projects.
  • Partner with Operations, contractors, management, and business stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, risks, and solutions.
  • Monitor project performance, manage issues, risks, budgets, contracts, and change requests, and communicate updates to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Follow all company safety rules and regulations, attend safety meetings, and ensure safe work practices on each job site.
  • Maintain accurate reports of job-site issues, project progress, and other relevant project information.
  • Ensure job sites, tools, equipment, and company materials are properly maintained in accordance with company standards.
  • Plan, facilitate, and conduct project meetings as needed.
  • Work independently with minimal field supervision while maintaining strong communication with management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Training and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Relevant professional experience required, construction field preferred
  • Project management certification preferred
  • Experience in steel, erection, and electrical construction required.
  • Knowledge of crane and rigging, site safety, and site awareness preferred.
  • Proven Computer Skills and Project Management systems; Preferred knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • Experience with safety and compliance training, safety reviews and hazard planning.
  • Ability to read and follow detailed instructions; blueprint reading is helpful.
  • Required to pass company fall protection training before climbing on advertising structures.
  • Ability to use and maintain small hand tools, small power tools, safety equipment, ladders, ropes, slings, ratchet straps, flex bars, and related jobsite equipment.
  • Ongoing learning, certifications associated to role
  • Valid/ clean driver's license record, and a reliable insured vehicle


Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to climb and work at elevated heights; use hands and fingers to handle and feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; stand; walk; stretch; carry loads; and work under physical load and stress. The employee may be required to travel on short notice and self-schedule travel plans to arrive at project locations on time. The employee may also be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions and around welding, torching, drilling, crane and rigging activity, and loud noises. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The salary range for this role is $75,000-$80,000 per year. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
