Senior Accountant Anaheim, CA Position Summary The Senior Accountant oversees general accounting operations across the company's multiple corporate-owned entities and physical retail and wholesale locations, with responsibility spanning the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, inventory accounting, monthly bank and balance sheet account reconciliations, and the full financial close cycle. This role leads a small accounting team and supports a fast-growing, family-owned retail tire and automotive service organization that has proudly served local communities for more than 50 years. With a growing network of corporate-owned locations across California and a strategic plan to aggressively expand over the coming years, the Senior Accountant plays a key role in building scalable accounting processes, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting as the company grows. This key transformation across the finance and accounting functions will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Company can continue scaling in both a sustainable and efficient manner for the exciting years to come. Reporting directly to the Controller and CFO, the Senior Accountant acts as a key partner to leadership - managing the day-to-day accounting function, reviewing and approving the work of accounting staff, and ensuring financial data is accurate, timely, and aligned with company policy across multiple entities. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with proven leadership ability, and has experience operating in multi-entity or multi-location environments. Qualifications
