Description Job Duties: Complete administrative tasks for Care Coordinator's including: MMIS entries of assessments Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) -This is the state system to input assessment information into to determine a member's eligibility for programs. Authorization entries Adding staff location and assignment in MnCHOICES with new enrollment Moving contacts with group number changes of same product in Guiding Care Member mail management Each CC team has an assigned SS to submit activities to in Guiding Care Skills Customer service, admin, health services, medicaid, medicare, care coordinator Top Skills Details Customer service,admin,health services,medicaid,medicare,care coordinator Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum Required Experience: HS diploma, or equivalent, plus 2 years of related work experience. Proficiency with completing administrative tasks Data and Information Entry of Medica member authorizations Communication with Medica care coordinator employee contacts Required skills: Organizational skills Attention to Detail and Accuracy of work Timeliness and Efficiency Strong customer service and communication skills with internal customers within the care coordination department Preferred prior experience: Experience working in health care organization setting and/or a health plan setting would be helpful, but is not required. Knowledge or experience with medical terminology would be helpful, but is not required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Remote, OR. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
