Some remote work as needed. * Majority of the clients this person will be supporting are located in West Michigan * MUST have great interpersonal skills. * MSP experience is not necessary, but always helpful. Prior manufacturing experience would be a key asset. Work Environment: Mostly onsite at home office in Grand Haven or customer sites throughout West MI. On call one weekend every other month. Team consists of 15-20 total with Admins, Engineers, Developers, Helpdesk, and office personnel. Great location in Grand Haven.
