The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sourcing professional to lead commercial strategy, sourcing excellence, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) commercial engagements across SFB categories and related equipment purchases. This role combines strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, financial rigor, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable business value, optimize investments, and support organizational growth. The successful candidate will drive cost savings, risk mitigation, process improvement, and supplier performance while helping to shape next-generation procurement capabilities through digital transformation and technology-enabled sourcing practices. The Person You are a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in procurement, sourcing, and contract management. You excel at influencing stakeholders, leading complex negotiations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring a data-driven approach to decision-making, and are passionate about delivering business outcomes through strong supplier partnerships, financial discipline, and operational excellence.
