We're seeking a Sr. Director/VP, Strategic Account Management to lead the team responsible for our largest customer relationships. This is a high-impact role for an accomplished SaaS leader who excels at developing teams, creating customer value, and driving sustainable growth. Success will be measured by maintaining retention of 96% or higher, expanding revenue, and increasing adoption of the Everbridge platform. What you'll do:

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $174,000 - $249,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
