Candidates often come from HRIS, ERP, Learning Management, Workforce Management, or Enterprise Applications backgrounds and possess experience working with complex enterprise platforms-even if they have not previously worked with UKG/Kronos, HighQ, OrgChart, or Absorb.
Successful candidates understand how enterprise applications interact across the broader technology ecosystem and excel at translating business objectives into scalable technical solutions. They are naturally curious, highly collaborative, and motivated by helping business partners maximize the value of technology through thoughtful analysis, strong customer service, effective training, and disciplined project execution.
