  • Provide analytics and reporting; help improve and automate transaction processing systems
  • Advise internal teams to ensure timely delivery of service and resolution of issues
  • Participate in product development, enhancements, and system testing to support accurate and efficient processing of high-value transactions

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience in financial services operations preferred (brokerage processing and/or loan operations preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
