Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________ Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand, is seeking an experienced 2nd shift CNC Grinder (Machine Operator) to join our team. As a CNC Grinder (Machine Operator), our mission is to produce precision components by operating CNC centerless grinding equipment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Machine Operation - Operate CNC centerless grinding equipment while adhering to production requirements, quality standards, ISO 9001 guidelines, and established work procedures. Blueprint & Process Interpretation - Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions to verify work requirements and support the production of quality components. Precision Inspection & Finishing - Perform in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring devices. Identify defects and perform deburring and finishing operations as required. Production Support - Move completed materials to the next stage of production, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and support continuous improvement, quality, and operational excellence initiatives. Education and Experience 1+ years of machine operator experience on an CNC grinder or centerless grinder. Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions. High school diploma or GED; strong math and blueprintreading skills. Ability to read and utilize measuring devices, including micrometers and calipers. Working knowledge of grinding parameters, including wheel speeds, feed rates, and maintaining dimensional tolerances.
