Job Description

Metronome is seeking a Senior GEOINT Analyst, Production Specialist, to support the AOE Office of Eurasia under Task Order GEO-SPI B-008.

This individual will serve as a versatile geospatial resource for the broader Eurasia division, supporting overflow requirements, urgent requests, and larger analytical projects across multiple branches. The work can range from producing polished briefing maps and one-off graphics to analyzing thousands of geographic data points to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.

This role requires advanced GIS expertise, spatiotemporal analysis experience, and the ability to produce high-quality geospatial intelligence products leveraging ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and multi-INT datasets. The ideal candidate will combine GEOINT analysis, advanced GIS, cartography, data visualization, workflow automation, and web-based geospatial development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct advanced geospatial and spatiotemporal analysis using vector, raster, imagery, and multi-INT datasets.

  • Produce high-value GEOINT products, visualizations, briefing maps, one-off graphics, and intelligence assessments.

  • Analyze large and complex geospatial datasets to identify meaningful patterns, trends, relationships, and anomalies.

  • Build and manage GIS projects in ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online, ensuring accuracy, speed, and analytical rigor.

  • Develop, configure, publish, and maintain web-based geospatial products through ArcGIS Online, including web maps, dashboards, applications, hosted layers, and related web services.

  • Support geospatial web development and the creation of interactive tools that allow mission partners to explore and understand spatial data.

  • Leverage imagery and disparate datasets to conduct multi-INT geospatial exploitation.

  • Use Python, Jupyter Notebooks, SQL, and other technical tools to process, analyze, and visualize geospatial data.

  • Develop scripts, GIS tools, and automated workflows that improve production speed, consistency, and analytical capabilities.

  • Apply geospatial data standards, web services, workflow optimization techniques, and templated map production practices.

  • Build maps, visualizations, dashboards, and layouts grounded in strong cartographic principles.

  • Generate repeatable, interoperable products supporting mission partners.

  • Respond to urgent, quick-turn, and cross-branch analytical requirements while also supporting larger projects.

  • Maintain high proficiency and speed with GIS tools to meet operational timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a quantitative geospatial field, OR bachelor's degree with 7+ years of applied advanced GIS experience, OR an equivalent combination of senior-level GIS experience and education.

  • Minimum of 5 years conducting geospatial analysis.

  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online, producing spatial analysis outputs, visualizations, web-based geospatial products, and data management solutions.

  • Experience conducting spatiotemporal analysis using disparate vector and raster datasets.

  • Experience merging disparate datasets with imagery for multi-INT geospatial analysis.

  • Completed Imagery Analysis Course.

  • Knowledge of GIS workflow optimization, web services, geospatial data standards, and map templating.

  • Strong understanding of visualization and cartographic principles, including geographic design, visual hierarchy, color, composition, topography, statistics, and layout.

  • Experience using Python and RemoteView.

  • Demonstrated experience creating maps for visualization and intelligence production.

  • Experience analyzing large or complex datasets and translating the results into actionable geospatial products.

  • Experience creating, configuring, or maintaining ArcGIS Online web maps, dashboards, applications, hosted feature layers, or other interactive products.

  • Ability to manage varied requirements, including urgent requests, recurring production, and larger analytical projects.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ArcGIS Dashboards, Experience Builder, Web AppBuilder, StoryMaps, ArcGIS Enterprise, or Portal for ArcGIS.

  • Experience developing geospatial web applications or tools using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, or the ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript.

  • Experience using Tableau or similar dashboard and data-visualization platforms.

  • Experience using Jupyter Notebooks and SQL Developer.

  • Experience building custom ArcGIS tools or automating GIS workflows with Python.

  • Experience supporting NGA, the Intelligence Community, or geographically focused intelligence missions.

  • Broad GEOINT experience spanning GIS analysis, cartographic production, multi-INT analysis, data visualization, and technical workflow development.

  • Ability to work independently as a flexible technical resource across multiple mission teams and branches.
