Description and Requirements The Sales Operations Specialist role supports Lenovo's Corporate Segment within the PC Group by providing operational support, business insights, and analytical expertise that help drive sales execution and business performance. Working closely with Sales Leaders, Business Management, and cross-functional teams, this role drives operational execution and informed decision-making through data analysis and reporting. This position is ideal for driving expertise in sales operations, sales strategy, seller cadencing, business management, and forecasting. The analyst will support key operational rhythms, contribute to business initiatives, and help improve processes that enable the Corporate sales organization to achieve its business objectives. This position requires candidates to be based near our headquarters in Morrisville, NC and adhere to a 3:2 hybrid work schedule. This means three days on-site for in-person collaboration and two days remote each week, ensuring flexibility while maintaining strong team engagement.
