| Position Summary |
This position will help coordinate an ongoing Community Research on Self-Sufficiency (
CROSS) project that examines a program theory-based evaluation framework using psychological self-sufficiency (
PSS) data-with measures of population and context-specific barriers and goal-directed hope-and the Transforming Impossible into Possible (
TIP) intervention model.
CROSS project has been federally funded and applied in the areas of workforce development, youth empowerment, housing stability, financial capability, fatherhood, substance useprevention, and social policy efficacy. |

Project Development and Management:
- The project manager will participate in and help oversee on-going research conducted by PI and collaborators and deliver progress reports to funders and donors. Will oversee the timelines, progress, and deliverables for each project. Will represent the projects to external stakeholders while PI maintains final decisionmaking role.

- The project manager will collaborate with community and industry partners to utilize, design processes, and provide feedbback on research generated data, training, and interventions. Will develop new community partnerships for new research projects and engage with faculty research leads to connect their expertise to offer to community partners.
