Overview & Position Summary This role oversees day-to-day construction operations for assigned SHAWOOD residential projects, ensuring homes are built safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved plans and quality standards. Working independently under limited supervision, the position coordinates field execution across multiple trades while resolving complex construction challenges. The role has a direct impact on operational performance, quality outcomes, and schedule adherence. It also provides leadership and guidance to field teams and trade partners to drive consistent results. Primary Responsibilities

Working Conditions This position operates primarily in active residential construction site environments with regular exposure to outdoor conditions, noise, dust, and varying weather.
