Tesla is seeking a driven and operationally excellent Program Manager to lead our LATAM Supply Planning and Order fulfillment operations within the North America Business Operations and Analytics Organization. In this role, you will own the end-to-end supply planning, order-to-VIN matching, and inventory allocation processes for LATAM markets. You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, optimizing allocation, and delivering accurate, timely fulfillment that supports sales growth and customer satisfaction across the region. As Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional execution with sales, logistics, demand planning, manufacturing, operations and regional teams. You will establish scalable processes, define and track key performance metrics, and continuously improve operations to support Tesla's rapid growth in LATAM. This role is critical to accelerating the world of amazing abundance by ensuring the right vehicles are in the right place at the right time.
What You'll Do
- Own and optimize daily supply planning and order matching operations for LATAM, ensuring accurate VIN-level allocation, minimal delays, and high fulfillment rates
- Lead the end-to-end process for new vehicle deployments and inventory management, balancing supply with regional demand while maintaining compliance with import, regulatory, and safety requirements
- Define, track, and improve key operational metrics (e.g., order matching accuracy, dwell time, allocation efficiency, compliance rates) and present performance insights to leadership
- Drive process improvements and standardization across LATAM markets, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions that increase speed and reduce operational risk
- Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, manufacturing, and field teams to resolve complex allocation and matching issues and support new product launches
- Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure all fleet and inventory activities meet brand, legal, and regulatory guidelines
- Build and maintain strong operational playbooks, tools, and reporting to support consistent execution across the region
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, order management, logistics, demand/supply planning, or a related field, preferably in automotive operations

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with data management tools and databases. Experience leveraging AI and automation to scale complex processes is a plus
- Proven track record of owning and improving end-to-end operational processes with measurable results (e.g., improved order matching accuracy, reduced cycle time, or increased sell through)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience using SQL, Python, or Tableau to drive operational decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and escalate issues effectively
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines

Expected Compensation
$108,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
