About the Job Job Duties: Administration Associate 1-Medical Education Administration (8201ME) The Department of Anesthesiology's education office is a fast-paced, collaborative hub serving medical students, residents, fellows, and the faculty who champion them. This dual-focused role serves as the Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) Coordinator, supporting anesthesiology medical students and faculty, and as an Education Administrator, providing essential administrative support to the broader anesthesiology education team. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic work environment, is highly organized and resourceful, takes initiative, and leverages technology to streamline workflows while managing and prioritizing multiple projects at once. Using clear and warm communication, the candidate will interact with a variety of stakeholders on behalf of the department with the ultimate goal being to support our learners. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days on site and 2 days available for remote work per week. This role requires event support outside of normal working hours approximately 1-2 times per month. This position reports to the Associate Education Manager in the Department of Anesthesiology and works closely with the education faculty and team. The Department retains the right to modify flexible work arrangement agreements on a temporary or permanent basis for any reason at any time.
