Job Details: As Program Manager for the Southeast Region, you will steer the delivery of next-generation automated fare collection (AFC) and transit payment ecosystems for major public transit agencies, primarily across Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. This is not a standard IT rollout-you will manage highly visible, mission-critical infrastructure projects where complex software integration meets physical, real-world station and bus deployments. You will lead cross-functional, global engineering, product, and supply chain teams to deliver robust, account-based ticketing and virtual card systems on time and within budget. Acting as the primary bridge between our technical architects and executive agency stakeholders, you will navigate evolving scope, demanding compliance frameworks, and high-stakes deployment schedules. Cubic Pay Range: $103,506.00 - $170,000.00* + benefits.*Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.
