About the Role Savannah Friedkin Jewelry is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our Aspen boutique. This position will play an important role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the continued growth of the brand in one of the country's premier luxury retail destinations. The Sales Associate will assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This individual will serve as a brand ambassador, helping clients discover pieces that become part of their personal stories while contributing to individual and team sales goals. As a Sales Associate- SFJ you will:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Share product knowledge and educate customers on collections, materials, craftsmanship, and brand story.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and presented.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, receiving merchandise, and inventory counts.
- Stay informed about products, promotions, events, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and seamless shopping experience.
- Assist with client outreach, follow-up communications, special events, and other boutique activities as needed.
What We Need From You
- High School Diploma Req
- 1-3 years Previous retail and customer service experience Required
- Luxury retail, fine jewelry, luxury fashion, hospitality, or other high-touch client service experience Preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math and computer skills, including comfort using POS systems and retail technology.
- Strong organizational skills and professional presentation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise, supplies, and packages as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
